Pecorino - The Hard Cheese
Pecorino and Al Raee
- Made of 100% sheep milk.
- Dry matter rate is 70%.
- Fat percentage is a minimum of 33% of the dry matter.
- This cheese is normally eaten with Italian foods, especially
Spaghettis, Pizzas, Lasagnas, and salads.
- Maturity period is no less than three months.
- The product is filled and wrapped in food-grade shrink bags
of 10Kgs, forms or convenient 500gms portion.
